Submitting a cart does not by itself accept the sale. Orders that look automated, that cannot be stocked, or that appear tied to unauthorized resale may be refused. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes, shipping, and duties can be added before you pay.

After payment is captured, parcels move with the carrier options offered at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates. Weather, customs, address mistakes, and split cartons can change the calendar. Where a court must hear a dispute, these conditions are read under the laws of the State of California without conflict rules that would pull in another state’s law, and courts in Los Angeles, California may take the case, subject to rights a statute will not let a shop waive. Feedback and ideas may be used without payment or credit. Features, products, and pages can be changed or withdrawn for operational, legal, or security reasons. If one sentence cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. A failure to enforce a line on one occasion is not a permanent waiver. Nothing here creates a partnership or employment relationship.

Delays caused by weather, outages, labor disputes, supply shortages, government action, or similar events outside reasonable control are not treated as a breach.
